How much are delivery and setup fees?

We provide free delivery if the venue is within 15 miles of the Knoxville or Maryville area. If the location exceeds 20 miles, we charge $.50/per mile not to exceed 75 miles. Setup is a base fee of $25.

How do payments work?

Once you have decided on your arch, we send you an invoice for your payment. After your invoice has been paid, the arch becomes unavailable to others and secures your date.

Can our arches be moved to a different location during the event?

Unfortunately, our setup fee only covers one location. Only our team is allowed to move the arches to ensure the safety of you and your guests and the integrity of the arch. If you would like to reuse the arch at a different location during the event (ex; sweetheart table, photo-booth, etc…) additional fees may apply.

Can we get a customized arch?

I am willing to work with you! If we can fit a custom piece in the budget, I would love to create it for you. An amazing alternative is adding in fresh flowers of your custom wedding colors to our arch on the day of your event!

Can we see the arches in person?

Unfortunately, we do not have this as an option right now. These arches are huge and stored while not in use to keep them in perfect shape. They are extremely cumbersome and we are unable to pull them for a consultation. We have lots of photos to share and even more coming soon to help you visualize your day with our arch!

Will you work with my florist?

I am happy to work with each and every vendor for your day! Most of my brides to be are on a tight budget and cannot afford a florist. If you love our arches and would like to use a florist for your bouquets or table decor, we will make it happen! However, there are some florists who refuse to work with DIY or other floral vendors (my recommendation is to avoid these people). The average number of vendors at a wedding is 12-15, we are happy to work with each one and create a harmonious and stress free day for you!
